We need a check or cash paid to Ballet South before Saturday, January 23, 2010 to cover the Lakeland trip expenses.
$100.00 will cover:
- Theater tickets to the performance
- Hotel room at the Imperial/Swan hotel
- Guest class Saturday morning 10:45-12:15
- Picnic lunch at Theater, Saturday 4:00-5:00
- Guest Class on stage Saturday 5:00-6:00
- Reception after the performance
Schedule
Friday
- 4:30pm: Depart from Ballet South parking lot.
- In Lakeland: Dinner and check in to hotel
- 8:00pm to 9:00pm: Tech Rehearsal
- Breakfast
- 10:45-12:15: Guest Class
- Lunch
- 1:30-4:00: Dress Rehearsal
- 4:00-5:00: Break
- 5:00-6:00: Guest Class
- 7:00: Performance
- 9:30: Reception - Tuesday Music Club, 421 East Park Street
